1. 1.If my size for a particular design isn’t available, can I place a bespoke order?

Yes, we do offer a bespoke service but that will be using one of our fabrics if placing an order online and we will also require your measurement or range of size i.e small, medium, large or XL to make these designs. We do offer a bespoke service in store with your own fabric.


  1. What is your delivery timescales from date of purchase to a UK address?

From the date of purchase for our UK customers it takes 5-7 working days

For the other Europe countries your orders takes 12-18 working days to be delivered

For the USA customers it takes 14-21 working days for your orders to be delivered

For the Rest of the World, this may take more or less time depending on the location and distances of the country but we aim to dispatch as soon as possible.


3.Are the items on the website available now?

Yes! These can be dispatched from our shop once payment is made. If an item is out of stock, it will be shown as such on the website.


  1. I would like a matching shoe and bag made for me.

We are unable to make a bespoke shoe and bag and encourage you to buy from those available on the site which is at discounted prices.


  1. What Courier Company do you use for delivery? 

On our normally transactions we use Royal mail (registered) and require your signature on delivery. We also use Parcel force depending on location and the weight of the order. At Lenya Styles, our aim is to get your delivery to you as soon as possible.

  1. Do you deliver outside the UK?

  1. How do I place an order?

You can easily place your order online, by telephone or email. Check our contact details for our telephone number and email address


  1. How do you take payments?

 You can make your payments through PayPal. This is the safest way to make payments online as nobody sees your card details. You can also contact us for our bank details so that you can deposit payment directly. Alternatively, you can pay using your credit or debit card.


  1.  Do I need a Paypal account before I can make a purchase?

No, you don’t need to have a PayPal account before making a purchase. Follow checkout directions as normal, click pay and click continue at (don’t have a PayPal account?)


  1. How do I re-order an item?

You can email us to let us know of your intentions and use a measuring tape to give us measurements of your Bust, Waist and Hips ( Or any other measurements you can provide). You’d then need to pay a holding deposit of between 25%-50% of the price and pay the rest when the outfit is ready.


  1. Can I change my mind after reordering an item?

If you decide you no longer want an item which has been reordered, your deposit will not be refunded.

  1. Is it possible to see an item before I buy?

Yes, feel free to visit us in store and try on a garment before purchase.


  1. Can I provide my own material and design to create an outfit?

No, we cannot accept your own material for online orders, although we can take your design and help you choose a suitable material for the outfit. This service is only available in store.

  1. Do you have Petite sizes?

No, we do however offer an alteration service for a fee if you provide us with your measurement.

16. Can I return an item after alteration?

We aim to provide customers with the best service and advice customers to try on all altered items in store and confirm they are happy with it before leaving the store as we are unable to accept requests for further alterations.


17. What is your returns policy?

If you are not entirely satisfied with your purchase, you can return it unworn within 7 days and we will exchange or refund your money to your card once it is received by us. This excludes jewellery, turbans and wigs due to hygiene reasons. Refund may take between 3-5 Days to show in your account.


18. How do I return unwanted item?

First contact us and tell us the reason why you wish to return the item so that we can give you the address where you can return it to. Return item where possible in original packaging and ask for proof of postage.


19. Who pays for the postage for returns?

You would have to pay for postage when returning an item.
